2. All of our customers are given the opportunity to tell us they do not want to receive direct marketing or promotional offers from PicXL when they create their account. If our customers decide they do not want to receive promotional material after they create their account they can simply e-mail to notify us they would like e-mail address removed from our mailings.

3. We carefully manage your transaction and experience information within our company. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect customer information. All of our credit card transactions are processed through ECHO Merchant gateway who have strict physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and protect you.

4. Our employees are bound by a code of ethic that mandates strict confidential treatment of customer information.

5. This policy covers customer information, which means personally identifiable information about a consumer or a consumers current or former relationship with PicXL. PicXL may change or update our privacy policy at any time and will post these updates on this page. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if you send us an email stating your login id (email address) and order number within 24 hours from the time you placed the order on our web site. If you meet this deadline, you will not be charged for the order and it will be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Customers are not charged until the orders are ready to ship to their intended destinations. If orders are cancelled, a refund may be requested by email. There are no refunds if ordered photos have been printed.
